Our team works all over the globe, so don’t hesitate to ask us for a quote on how much we would charge to capture your crazy, wild and exciting wedding day, wherever it may be happening.  We have two offices, New York 631-758-7912 and  Phoenix Arizona 480-297-8990  in Sedona call 928-252-2908 or by e-mail at info@fotoverdi.com.  Follow me on Facebook (Melinda Richard Verdi) and Twitter (Fotoverdi).

new york engagement photography ~ allison and tom

Tom is a New York City fireman down in Hell’s Kitchen.  Allison is a school teacher.  They are getting married this coming June.  They are a super nice couple and had decided, upon Rich’s urging, to do their engagement series all around New York and to take some in the firehouse.

Not sure if Tom is done getting all the ribbing from his fellow firemen!  But, we had a great day.

We started down in Hell’s Kitchen at the firehouse and then rode up to Times Square and then walked our way through the crowds to the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Centre.

And, crowds there were, but it was cool.  They are a lot of fun to be around and Allison is always smiling.  Along the way, we saw Sesame Street characters, and giant Christmas Ball sculptures as well as, a giant sculpture of Christmas lights along 6th Avenue.

During the holidays in the city, there are so many things to see and do.  It was chilly, but not as cold as it could have been and they were good sports with removing and putting on their coats constantly!  (See I didn’t say anything about you making me hold all your “stuff” while you did your best Cindy Crawford moves, Allison!!!  LOL).

As we walked, we talked about a zillion things, their upcoming honeymoon in Hawaii, the renovations of their new home, fires, you name it.  We can’t wait to do their wedding photos for them as they were very easy to take photos of.

So without further adieu, here are a few of our fav’s, and you know what to do, drop us a comment folks, to tell us what you think.
